I wasn’t completely sure the tracking was going to be accurate, but it actually was. The package showed up on time, so no complaints here.

Not gonna lie, the checkout did work in the end, but it was slower than I expected. I also had to enter my card details again once, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped it would be.

Otis Technology was okay for the price, no question about it. Some stuff felt fair, but a few items were absolutely priced higher than they should’ve been for what you actually get. Ordering and shipping were totally fine, but nothing that would make me rave about it. I’d probably buy again if there was a solid discount, but at full price, I’m sure I’d think twice.

I needed a replacement part and, of course, Otistec didn’t have it in stock. Support did answer, so I’ll give them that, but it didn’t really help since I still had to hunt around somewhere else. Annoying dealing with this kind of nonsense.

My order showed up exactly how I chose it, which is all I wanted. Nothing was missing and there weren’t any random wrong items tossed in, so no unnecessary hassle to deal with. Happy with it and I’d order again

I got my kit from otistec.com and, i kind of assumed I’d have to run out for some extra little part, but everything was already in there. Nothing was missing, and the instructions were included too, which made it straightforward. I figured it might be more of a hassle, but it wasn’t. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I tried using otistec.com, i’m not totally sure if it was just me, but it felt a little frustrating right from the start. The pages loaded fine enough, but finding what I was looking for took more clicks than I expected.

Some of the menus were kind of confusing, and I kept having to backtrack because I’d end up somewhere that didn’t seem right. Maybe if you already know your way around the site, it’s easier, but I didn’t really feel that way.

It’s not like the site is completely broken or anything, but it just didn’t feel very smooth or simple to use. I ended up giving up sooner than I wanted to, which was a bit disappointing

The site did what it was supposed to do, but I kept getting mixed signals. Some parts seemed fine, then the safety info felt vague enough to make me second-guess it. Reliability was also kind of up and down, which just got frustrating. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I’m not sure I’d fully trust it either

well... I ordered from Otis Technology and the packaging was better than I was expecting. The outside box arrived in good shape with no major dents or tears, and the items inside were wrapped well enough that I wasn’t worried about damage.

I’m giving it 4 stars because one corner of the inner box was slightly bent, but it wasn’t a big deal. The product itself was fine, nothing was missing, and overall the packing was decent.

I liked how clean the tool feels. The buttons are easy to spot, nothing seems tucked away, and I didn’t have to waste time clicking all over the place trying to figure things out. It’s simple without feeling plain, which I appreciated. Everything ran smoothly for me, and I could use it easily without really reading much... always a nice surprise

The site was okay overall, but I did find myself double-checking the caliber compatibility on my own before ordering. Some of the parts were listed clearly, but a few had me opening extra tabs and comparing details while drinking my coffee at the kitchen table. The order did work out fine in the end, so no major complaint there. I just wish the info was a little easier to trust upfront before hitting buy

I had a small issue with my device, so I reached out to otistec about the warranty. I’m particular about customer support, and I don’t have much patience for companies that turn simple things into a hassle, but they got back to me quickly and kept it straightforward.

I sent over the details they needed, and they handled it without dragging things out or asking the same questions over and over. it was smoother than I expected, and by my standards, that’s worth 5 stars.

I was able to find what I needed without too much digging, and the pages loaded smoothly for me. The only thing I’d be a little cautious about is the mobile menu, it felt a bit cluttered, so it took a moment to make sure I was tapping the right thing. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d use the site again...

To be fair, it worked well when I first got it, so I don’t want to say it was useless. But after a few weeks, it started feeling loose and the build quality just didn’t seem that solid. For the price, I expected it to last longer.

It does the job and cleans okay, so I can't really complain too much!!! I just thought it would clean a bit deeper than it actually does!!! Not bad, just not super impressive!!!
